In the event that you receive spam from other Sybaris Singles, LLC members, or outside entities, please contact us using the link we have provided on our home page. Notice: Spammers will be IMMEDIATELY terminated from membership and permanently banned from our web site.
5. Removing or Modifying Profile Information
Following registration, you may at any time review and change the information submitted during registration. If you change your password and email address we may retain a record of your old password and email address. Upon your written request, we will remove you (your Public Profile) from our active databases as quickly as reasonably possible in accordance with our policy and applicable law.
We may retain records pertaining to information you have removed from our active databases (and your Public Profile) for certain purposes, such as dispute resolution, and enforcing our Terms of Service (TOS).
