If there is any dispute arising out of Your use of our Service, you expressly agree that any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and You expressly agree to personal jurisdiction by and exclusive venue in the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, in the County of Palm Beach, with regard to any and all claims by you arising out of or related Your use of this Service. NO THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES: You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, there shall be no third party beneficiaries to this Agreement.

SEVERABILITY OF TERMS: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between You and Us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, invalid or unenforceable, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision. In such case, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
